Timesheet missing from Interpreter Review

Problem

The user has approved and submitted a Timesheet to go to Interpreter Review, but it cannot be found

Solution

The following steps outline how to locate a missing timesheet when it cannot be found in Interpreter Review. The user has already established that the timesheet is neither in the Not Reviewed or Reviewed status:

  1. Click Interpreter Batch Enquiry

2. The Interpreter Batch Enquiry List screen displays > enter a date range relevant to when the timesheet should have appeared in Interpreter Review > click Search Interpreter Batch

3. Result list is displayed > check the 'No. of timesheets with error' column to see if any batch displays a number. The number indicates how many timesheets contain an error/s

4. Click on the batch(s) displaying one or more errored timesheets in this column > the Interpreter Batch Details window will display with the batch number next to it

5. Scroll down the list and check the 'Status' column, looking for anything with a status of 'Fail'

6. For any failed timesheet found, tick the relevant line, then click on the Remove to Reprocess reverse arrow. As a result the failed timesheet will appear in Interpreter Review button after 10-15 minutes, at Not Reviewed status

If the timesheet fails again and does not appear in Interpreter Review (after 10-15 minutes), you may need to log onto the JIRA FastTrack Service Desk portal to log a case with support and include a screenshot displaying the error message (to capture an error message screenshot, highlight the line of failed timesheet and expand it to display the error message)
