Job owner Payee Onboarding error emails
An email is sent when the system detects there has been an error during the onboarding process using the Payee Onboarding feature. The email is sent to the job owner and will identify the following attributes:
At what stage the error occurred
The candidate impacted
Job Owner details
Below outlines the most common error messages and steps to rectify the issue.
Error sending onboarding invitation email
There was an issue sending an onboarding invitation email to a recent candidate.
The most common reason for this failure is due to a problem with the candidate details. Please check the name and email of the candidate is correct and manually resend the onboarding workflow via the custom action on the candidate page.
Causes of onboarding invite failure:
Missing the candidate’s first name, last name, and/or email address
Failed field validations
Incorrect account custom action settings
Payee Create or Payee Patch failure
There are a few underlying reasons as to why a payee fails to be created or updated. If you receive such an error, please first try manually resending the information. Please execute the resend by using the custom action button on the candidate profile. If the payee record still fails to create, please reach out to FastTrack support to identify
the issue.
