Create a Report Schedule

A schedule can be created for a report that requires distribution as follows:

Select Reports from the left hand menu.

The Reports screen is displayed.

In the Report Folder panel on the left, select the required folder to see the report item.

Alternatively user the Search function to find the report required.

A list of Reports is displayed in the right hand panel.

In the Action column, select the Action drop down menu item.

The available actions are displayed.

Select Schedule.

A blank report's schedule is displayed.

Apply the schedule requirements ie; recipients, format, frequency, frequency type etc.

Select Save.

The Report Schedule is saved and displayed as a clock icon next to the report name in the list.

Where a schedule has been created, users that have access to the report can apply themselves to the schedule.
