Create a Report Schedule
A schedule can be created for a report that requires distribution as follows:
1 | Select Reports from the left hand menu. The Reports screen is displayed. | |
2 | In the Report Folder panel on the left, select the required folder to see the report item. Alternatively user the Search function to find the report required. A list of Reports is displayed in the right hand panel. | Â |
3 | In the Action column, select the Action drop down menu item. The available actions are displayed. |  |
4 | Select Schedule. A blank report's schedule is displayed. |   |
5 | Apply the schedule requirements ie; recipients, format, frequency, frequency type etc. | Â |
6 | Select Save. The Report Schedule is saved and displayed as a clock icon next to the report name in the list. Where a schedule has been created, users that have access to the report can apply themselves to the schedule. |  |
