Apply Permissions to a Report

Permissions are assigned to a report to provide users with the ability to view the report.

Open Recruitment Manager and select Reports from the left hand menu.

The Reports screen is displayed, with a list of Report Folders.

Select the Report Folder required.

A list of reports stored to the folder is displayed on the right hand panel.

Select the Action drop down list next to the report, and select Permission.

The Permission screen is displayed with a list of Security Roles

Select the Security Roles that need to have access to the Report and select Save.

The Security Roles are applied to the report. Users that have the security role(s) applied are able to view a Report, run a Report and apply themselves to a Report Schedule.
