How to Link an Agency Office to a Payroll Tax State

To link an agency office to a payroll tax state or territory, follow the procedure below.

An agency office can only be linked to one payroll tax state or territory at any given time. An office can be reassigned to a different payroll tax state/territory at any time.

1.

Go to Payroll > Maintenance > Payroll Tax > Link State to Office.

The Link State to Office Maintenance screen is displayed.

 

2.

Click Add.

The Payroll Tax Office Entry screen opens.

3.

In the State field, select the relevant payroll tax state or territory.

 

4.

In the Office Code field, select the code that uniquely identifies the relevant agency office and click Save.

The Payroll Tax Office Entry screen closes and the record is saved.
