Rates & Service Fee Connect Widget

Description

A new Connect widget called Rates and Service Fee has been added to allow the Rates and Service Fee sections of a FastTrack360 job order to be hosted within a third-party system.

The Rates and Service Fees Connect Widget is based on the existing Job Order Connect Widget, which allows all sections of a FastTrack360 job order to be exposed within an external system. However, this new widget exposes the Rates and Service Fee sections of a job order only, thereby allowing job order agreement or standard rates and service fees to be viewed and edited within a third-party system without exposing all section of the job order.

An example of what is exposed in the new widget is shown in Figure 1 below.

The Rates section of the widget is displayed only for temporary and contract jobs and is hidden for permanent job orders.

Benefits

This enhancement supports more seamless integration with third-party front office systems, such as Vincere, by allowing job rates and services fees to be hosted within the third-party system without necessarily exposing the entire FastTrack360 job order.

Configuration

A new permission called Job Order - Rates and Service Fees has been added under the Connect Rates and Rules application in Maintenance > Role-Data Group to control agency users' ability to access the new widget and therefore to view and edit job order rates and service fees in the widget.
