Updating of Job Rates for Vincere Integration

Description

In environments where FastTrack360 is integrated with the Vincere front office system, when a job order is created or updated in FastTrack360, and that job order is integrated to a placement or job in Vincere, the job rates are now automatically updated to the relevant placement or job in Vincere.

The rates that are passed are the pay rate and bill rate that are shown in the Pay/Bill > Estimated Rates section of the FastTrack360 job order as shown in Figure 1 below.

Besides the pay and bill rates, a profit value is also passed to Vincere. The profit value is equivalent to estimated bill rate - (estimated pay rate + pay oncost + bill oncost).

The pay and bill oncosts are the sum of the oncosts that apply to the pay/bill codes in the job order rates matrix and are included in the estimated rates of the job order (i.e. the Include in Job Rate Estimate option is enabled on the pay/bill code).

Benefits

This enhancement facilitates integration between FastTrack360 and the Vincere front office system, whereby job rates can be maintained centrally within FastTrack360 while being seamlessly synchronized between the two systems.

Configuration

Integration of the job rates is reliant on an initial link being established between FastTrack360 and Vincere. To facilitate this, a new section labelled Vincere Integration has been added the bottom of the Recruitment Manager > Maintenance > General Settings screen, as shown in Figure 2 below.

The Vincere Integration section in the Recruitment Manager General Settings is only visible if Vincere integration is enabled in the FastTrack360 environment, which is done as part of the product deployment process.

A single FastTrack360 environment may integrate with multiple Vincere tenants, whereby each tenant represents the equivalent of an agency office in the FastTrack360 brand/region/office hierarchy. To establish the link to the relevant tenant, you will require valid login credentials for that tenant.

To establish the initial link to a Vincere tenant, in the Vincere Integration section of the Recruitment Manager > Maintenance > General Settings screen, select the relevant tenant name from the list available in the Tenant field and click Link to Vincere. A separate web browser window will open and prompt you for the login credentials to establish a connection to the selected tenant, as shown in Figure 3 below.

Key in the login credentials as prompted and click Sign In. On successful connection, the tenant name and authentication status of Authenticated will be displayed within the Vincere Integration section of the General Settings screen.

The process described above must be repeated for each Vincere tenant that FastTrack360 integrates to.
