How to Update an Existing Invoice Message
Once an invoice message record has been created you can edit any of its attributes at any time if necessary except the country to which the record belongs.
To update an existing invoice message record, follow the procedure below.

| Navigate to Billing > Maintenance > Messages. The Invoice Messages Maintenance screen opens. |
2. | In the Search section at the top of the screen, select any search criteria that is relevant to the invoice message that you want to edit and click Search. Alternatively, to find all existing invoice messages just click Search without changing any of the default search parameters. Existing invoice messages that match your search criteria are listed in the Results section of the screen. |
3. | In the Results section of the screen, locate the row that corresponds to the invoice message that you want to edit and click the View button at the start of the row where that item is listed. The details of the invoice message are displayed in the Invoice Message Entry screen. |
4. | Change any of the invoice messages attributes as required. For more information, see How to Create an Invoice Message. |
5. | Click Save. Your changes are saved and the Invoice Message Entry screen closes. |
