Billing Overview

The billing process ensures that clients are billed according to the stipulations set forth in their contract. The billing process results in the calculation and creation of invoices and credit notes. Invoices and credit notes are sent to the debtor who pays invoices on behalf of a client.

The Billing module caters for automatic and manual invoicing. Automatic invoicing, also known as timesheet-based invoicing, allow automatic bulk creation of invoices and credit notes based on timesheets that have been submitted, approved, have undergone pay and bill interpretation and have been reviewed. Manual invoicing allows manual creation of invoices and credit notes relating to services associated with permanent labour hire. Manual invoicing can also be used to manually invoice and credit timesheets.
The Billing module allows agency staff to perform the following functions:

  • configure and maintain debtors

  • create invoice formats

  • create invoices

  • make invoice adjustments preview invoices

  • distribute invoices and credit notes to clients run invoice and credit reports.


The Billing module also allows client contacts, who have been granted the relevant security permission, to view and download their invoices and credit notes.
