Previewing Invoices & Credit Notes

Depending on your user security permissions, you may be able to preview invoices and credit notes. This allows you to see the invoice/credit note in the format in which it will be delivered to the debtor.
When you preview an invoice/credit note, a Portable Document File (PDF) copy of the invoice/credit note is generated and displayed in a separate window. From this window, you can do the following:

• print a hardcopy of the invoice/credit note on a printer email a copy of the PDF file to an email recipient

• save a copy of the file to a file location on your computer or network.
