Searching for Existing Invoices & Credit Notes

The Billing > Manage Invoices/Credit Notes screen allows you to search for any existing invoices and credit notes. This includes saved (open) and closed invoices and credit notes.

The Invoice Search List screen features search fields that allow you to search for specific invoices/credit notes with which you need to work. On running a search in the Invoice Search List screen, the invoices/credit notes matching the criteria you specify are listed within the screen. This allows you to do any of the following with the listed invoices/credit notes:

• open and view any saved or closed invoice or credit note open and edit any saved manual invoice or credit note credit any closed invoice

• close any saved manual invoice or credit note delete any saved manual invoice or credit note.
