Viewing Interpreter Batches

The Interpreter Batch Enquiry List screen within the Interpreter Results application allows you to view a list of interpreter batches. In this screen you can list batches that are currently being processed (in-progress), batches that are complete (processed) or both. You can also view summary information about each listed batch.

To display the Interpreter Batch Enquiry List screen, click Interpreter Batch Enquiry from the left hand panel menu.

The Interpreter Batch Enquiry List screen consists of two parts; the search section and the batch list.

The search section of the Interpreter Batch Enquiry List screen allows you to specify criteria by which you can search for specific batches. The batch list lists the interpreter batches that match the search criteria you specify and displays columns of information about each interpreter batch that is listed.

Hierarchy is not required for the search criterion, as the interpreter process does not consider country. The interpreter will process all timesheets that have been approved, irrespective of the country that owns the timesheet.

Start Date

Date on which the Interpreter began processing the batch. If you select a date in this field, only those batches that began processing on the selected date will be listed. To select a date, click  and use the calendar icon to select the relevant date. Alternatively, leave this field blank to list batches regardless of the date on which they began processing.

End Date

Date on which the Interpreter completed processing the batch. If you select a date in this field, only those batches that completed processing on the selected date will be listed. To select a date, click  and use the calendar icon to select the relevant date. Alternatively, leave this field blank to list batches regardless of the date on which they completed processing.

Status

Status of the interpreter batch to be listed. This defaults to All Processed, thereby listing only those batches that have completed processing. Alternatively, you can select one of the following:

All In-Progress – lists only those batches that are undergoing processing.

With Errors – list only those batches that have been processed but contained timesheets that failed to process successfully.

Without Errors – lists only those batches that have been processed and contained no failed timesheets.

 The batch list grid is empty by default until you perform a search. To search for an interpreter batch, select your criterion and click Search. Alternatively, to list all available interpreter batches, click Search without keying in or selecting any search criteria.

Batch Id

Displays an identification number that identifies the batch.

Date From

Displays the date and time when processing of the batch began.

Date To

Displays the date and time when processing of the batch finished. This column is blank if processing of the batch is still in progress.

No. of timesheets in batch

Displays the total number of timesheets within the batch.

No. of timesheets processed

Displays the number of timesheets within the batch that have been processed so far.

No. of timesheets with error

Displays the number of timesheets within the batch that have been processed unsuccessfully.

No. of timesheets without error

Displays the number of timesheets within the batch that have been processed successfully.
