Viewing the Timesheets Within an Interpreter Batch
You can open and view a list of the timesheets within an interpreter batch as well as information about the timesheets, such as the payee and client to which each timesheet belongs.
To view a list of the timesheets within an interpreter batch, double-click an interpreter batch listed in the batch list on the Interpreter Batch Enquiry List screen. The Interpreted Batch Details screen will open, as shown in the example below.
The Interpreter Batch Details screen features the following components:
details header
timesheet list
filter action
The details header displays information about the interpreter batch that you are viewing. The fields displayed within the details header are listed and described below.
The timesheet list lists the timesheets belonging to the interpreter batch and displays information about each of the listed timesheets.
Filter the Timesheet List
The timesheet list filter allows you to filter the list of timesheets displayed in the timesheet list grid according to their processing status. By default, the list of timesheets includes all timesheets in the interpreter batch that have been processed, successfully or with errors. If, for example, you want to see only those timesheets that will require manual re-processing, you can filter the list to display only those timesheets that were processed with errors.
1 | In the dropdown field in the timesheet list filter section of the Interpreted Batch Details screen, select one of the following options depending on the process status of the timesheets you want to be listed:
Alternatively, leave the default option All Processed selected to list all timesheets that have already been processed, including those that have been processed successfully and with errors. |
2 | Select the required item from the filter list. The timesheet list in the Interpreted Batch Details screen updates to show timesheets in the batch that have a process status matching the status you selected. |
