Log in and out of Recruitment Manager, Reset Password
To log into Recruitment Manager:
1. | Double-click the Recruitment Manager Icon on your desktop. A web browser window will open displaying a login screen. |  |
2. | Enter in your Username and Password. Tick Remember Me if you require the system to remember your Username in the future. | |
3. | Select Login to submit your details for authentication. A message will display if the Username or password are incorrect. If the maximum number of log in attempts (where configured) has been exceeded, you will be locked out and a message will advise the next steps. |
To reset a forgotten password:
1. | Select Forgot Password. The Enter Username screen is displayed. | |
2. | Enter in your Username. If you have established a Security Question, a prompt displays the question and requests your answer. Where the Username and answer are correct, an email is sent to you with a new system generated password. Use this password to log into the system. Follow the steps described in Changing your Password to change the system generated password to an item you will remember. If this process is not successful, please contact your Administrator for assistance. |
To log out of Recruitment Manager:
1. | Navigate to the person icon, displayed at the top of the screen and click on the icon. A menu displays. | |
2. | Select Logout from the menu. On Logout, the system will end your session, however the browser will remain open with the Login screen displayed | |
3. | Close the browser by selecting X at the top of the browser window. If you accidentally close the browser without logging out, the system will automatically log you out. You will need to re-open the application via the Recruitment Manager icon to log back in. |
