FastTrack 360 Supported Browsers
FastTrack 360 is a browser based product, and as such must be opened using a supported browser.
If you try to open the application using an unsupported browser, a warning will display. Â You can open the application using an unsupported browser, however the ability to use some features, and their performance may be affected.
The following browsers are supported by FastTrack 360:

The browser’s performance ranking outlines the best performing browser engine to run the FastTrack360 solution, where 1 is the best performance. Running the product on a browser ranked 2 – 4 will mean slower page load times.
Chrome 42.x is only supported where NPAPI is enabled for the Middle/Back Office solutions where Silverlight is required (version 11), select this link to install a temporary work around and follow the steps described. Google have disabled NPAPI support from the 1st of September 2015. FastTrack will cease to list Chrome as a supported browser at this time where Silverlight is required.
*Mozilla Firefox version 52 onward will no longer support browser plug-ins like Silverlight. This means that Mozilla Firefox will no longer support the FastTrack360 Pay and Bill modules (middle and back office applications respectively) with this update. FastTrack will cease to list Mozilla Firefox as a supported browser at this time where Silverlight is required.
*Office 365 Support – Please note that the FastTrack Outlook Extensions is an Add-in that will only operate on the locally installed version of MS 365 Outlook.
