Top Toolbar Icons

This section describes the top toolbar icons and related functions.

User Icon

The User icon is located in the top toolbar, on the far right. Where a Maintenance > User record has a picture assigned, this will be displayed instead of the icon. When you click on this icon, the following sub-menu items display:

Help Icon

The Help icon displays in the top toolbar between User and Notifications. When clicked, the following sub-menu items display:

  • Support Contact - displays the name and contact information for your internal support contact (configured in Recruitment Manager > General Settings).

  • Click here for more information on support - opens a new browser tab that links to your internal support information (if configured in Recruitment Manager > General Settings).

  • Help Centre

    • Online Help - opens FastTrack360 Online Help in a new browser tab.

    • Show me how … - opens the Show me how in product guided learning menu.

    • About FastTrack360 - opens a pop up that displays the release number, and information about your businesses data storage.

Notifications Icon

The Notifications icon displays in the top toolbar between Help and Activities. When clicked, a Notifications pop up displays, listing your timesheet notifications.

Activities Icon

The Activities icon displays in the top toolbar between Notifications and Favourites. When clicked, the Activities page is displayed, where you will see a list of your activities. Click here for more details on Activities.

Favourites Icon

The Favourites icon is the first icon displayed in the top toolbar. When clicked a pop up displays, defaulted to the Favourites Tab. The following is included in this pop up:

Favourites Tab - displays a list of primary records that you have flagged as your favourite. Click here for details on how to manage favourite records.

Recent Items Tab - displays a list of primary records that you have recently visited. Click here for details on Recent Items.

Links Tab - displays a list of links (urls to web items). This list is grouped by My Links (created by you) and Global Links (created by the business). Click here for details on links.
