AWR - Parity Pay Errors V12.31

Description

This Stimulsoft report will allow you to identify that where a payee has reached parity and if a pay rate that has been imported via the Interpreter > Import feature is different to the parity rate on the job order.

This report will only output those candidates where monitoring is required.

It will compare latest parity rates on the job order to what has been entered into the timesheet.

Report Parameters

The report data can be filtered using the following parameters:

Brand

To be able to filter for jobs within a particular brand

Can choose all brands or a particular brand.

Region

To be able to filter for jobs within a particular region.

Can choose all regions or a particular region.

Office

To be able to filter for jobs within the offices selected.

Can select multiple offices. Leave blank if all offices are required. Data is restricted to the user’s security data profile when running the report.

Client Name

To be able to filter for jobs that are for a particular client.

Can be left blank to see all client jobs.

Can enter a part client name. A wildcard % is not required to search for the part name.

Job Ends On or After

To be able to filter on jobs where the job end date is on or after the date entered. This is so jobs that have ended prior to the date are not displayed as they are already ended.

This defaults with today’s date but can be changed.

Job Active for More Than No. of Weeks

The report is only relevant for those jobs that are greater than the parity weeks.  If the job is active for less than the number of weeks entered, these will not appear in the report. As this could be different for a Office or Client, this can be changed where required.

This defaults with 12.

An entry must be made to return data. If all jobs are required, enter a value of 0.

Clock Count From

To be able to filter for those jobs that have a clock count between the range entered.

An entry must be made to return data. A default of 9 is applied but can be changed.

If you want all clock counts, enter a value of 0.

Clock Count To

An entry must be made to return data. A default of 12 is applied but can be changed.

If you want all clock counts, enter a value of 13.

Supplier Name

To filter for workers who are associated to an umbrella or 3rd tier agency.

Can be left blank to see all jobs for all types of payees.

Can enter a part supplier name. A wildcard % is not required to search for the part name.

Timesheet End Date From

To filter for timesheets with end dates between the date filters entered.

An entry must be made to return data. A default of a week before the current date is applied but can be changed.

Timesheet End Date To

An entry must be made to return data. A default of the current date is applied but can be changed.

The report content will output the following data:

Timesheet End Date

 

Rate Type

Identifies if the rates are from an agreement or are standard rates. Only those rates on an agreement that are defined as a Flat Rate will be output.

Pay Code Name

The pay code name on the timesheet.

Quantity

The hours/units of the pay code processed in the timesheet.

Parity Pay Rate

This is the job’s parity rate for the pay code.

Timesheet Pay Rate

This is the timesheet rate that has been imported for the pay code.

If the pay code being imported is not found on the job order, it will not be output onto the report.

Benefits

Helps identify where data that is being imported from another system has the correct parity rate assigned. This can then be checked before the pay items are processed in payroll and billing.

Configuration

If you want the report to be distributed to multiple teams, it will be necessary to configure a report schedule.
