How to run an Employment Intermediaries Report
1.	Go to Payroll > Reports > Employment Intermediaries.
2.	The default search parameters will return all pay batches that have yet to be included in a report. Should you wish to look for pay batches that are already included in a report, change Created from No to Any. Click the Search button. This will return the relevant rows in the results grid.
3.	Select the pay batches that you wish to include in a report by checking the selection boxes or select all. All pay batches that are selected will appear in the same report. There is validation to prevent incorrect selection: Pay batches must belong to the same pay company Pay batches must belong to the same tax year If a pay batch has already been used in a report, this is permitted but a warning is displayed. It may be the case that a new report needs to be generated.
4.	Click the Generate button.
5.	A pop-up screen will be displayed to apply further settings: See below the purpose of each field Reporting Period - The report is required to be sent each quarter. Indicate which quarter the report is for. This is a mandatory selection. Tax Year - This is for information purposes only to indicate which tax year the report is for. This information is retrieved from tax year applied to the pay batches selected. Engagement Type Override - If the engagement status type has been overridden, select the conditional variable that is used to define the override. Exclude Job Type - If the agency is not the direct contact with the client to which the worker is sent to, but figures are being recorded, these jobs need to be excluded as only the direct agency should be sending the figures on the EI Report. Select the job types that need to be excluded. Once the selections have been made, click Generate.
