Employment Intermediaries Report

The Employment Intermediaries Report is to assist you in completing your statutory obligation of notifying the HMRC of payees who have a tax type other than PAYE and the amount of monies paid to them.  A report, in csv format, needs to be uploaded to the HMRC via your HMRC Employer portal and the information supplied can either be submitted as often as desired such as each week or as a minimum it must be uploaded for each quarter.  It is the responsibility of the user to select the required data and to upload the data on time.
