Address Line 3 for Addresses

Description

An optional Address Line 3 field can now be added to the address details for Candidate, Parent, Client, Cost Center and Contact records to capture a third street address line if necessary.

Benefits

This enhancement allows for address formats that require more than two address lines for an entity’s street address.

Configuration

The option to enable the Address Line 3 field can be enabled on a per-country basis to cater for the specific address formats of a given country.

To enable the Address Line 3 field, navigate to Maintenance > Global > Hierarchy > Country > Address Details and tick the Display Field? checkbox next to the Address 3 Label field, as highlighted in the example below.

Note that you can also change the label that is to be displayed for the field by keying the required label text in the Address 3 Label field itself.
