Checking Service Statuses for Payday Filing

If a Payday return or employment details submission fails due to a technical error or remains stuck with a submission status of Queued or Partially Queued it might be due to an outage of the FastTrack cloud services or the IRD online services.

Outages of the FastTrack cloud services affect Payday submission only if your FastTrack360 system is cloud-hosted and such outages do not affect submissions from FastTrack360 systems that are self-hosted (on premise).

Whenever there is an outage of the FastTrack cloud services, an automated email notification is sent to your FastTrack Administrator (FTA), a notification is displayed in the Agency Portal dashboard and the FastTrack Service Status page is updated to indicate which services are affected.
