Navigating Timesheet List Screens
You can click on the Available Timesheets, Incomplete Timesheets, Rejected Timesheets or Submitted Timesheets bar on the Timesheet Home screen to navigate to the corresponding timesheet list screen. For example, if you click on Available Timesheets, the Available Timesheets screen opens and lists all timesheets that are available for keying in.
Each list screen will display a total of ten timesheets at a time. Where the list of timesheets exceeds ten timesheets, the timesheets are listed across a series of pages and you can navigate between the pages using the navigation bar at the bottom of each list screen. The navigation bar is shown in the example below.
Notice that the navigation bar displays the total number of timesheets that are listed, the page that is currently displayed and navigation buttons that allow you to scroll between the pages. The navigation buttons are listed and described in the table below.

Display of Timesheet Information
On timesheet list screens, columns are displayed to show information about each timesheet that is listed to allow you to identify and differentiate timesheets. This is highlighted in the example below.
As highlighted in the example above, the name of the client, the job position and the timesheet start and end dates are displayed for each timesheet that is listed.
You can click on any of the column names to sort the listed timesheets by the corresponding column. For example, if you want to sort timesheets by the client name you can click Client. The name of the column will be highlighted and underlined to indicate that sorting has been applied to that column, as shown in the example below.
You can open any timesheet that is listed by clicking on the timesheet within the list.
