Report Module

The Report Module provides the ability to create, manage, schedule and view reports.

The functions available with this feature include:

• Report Designer - users with security permission can access the Report Designer function to create simple to complex dynamic reports, with a variety of components including chart, cross-tab, table etc.

• Reports Viewer - Security Groups are applied to reports to provide visibility and access to relevant users.

• Report Scheduler - Create a schedule to distribute a report via email for a specified time and frequency (daily, weekly, monthly etc.) by applying a Report Schedule.  Users that have access to the report are able to apply themselves to a schedule if desired.
