How to Select a Generic Finance Integration Template

To select a generic Finance Integration template, follow the procedure below.
How to select a generic Finance Integration template | ||

1. | Navigate to Finance Integration > Maintenance > Generic Settings. The Generic Settings screen is displayed. |

2. | Click Apply New Template +. The Apply New Template dialog box is displayed. |

3. | In the Template field, select the relevant template you want to use and click OK. The Apply New Template dialog box closes and the name of the template you have selected is displayed in the Name field on the Generic Settings screen. |

When you click OK at step 3 of the procedure above, the confirmation prompt shown in Figure 1 below is displayed if a generic Finance Integration template has already been applied in your system and it has been customised to suit your business requirements. If the prompt is displayed, only click Yes if you are sure that you want to overwrite the existing customised template. Otherwise, click No to retain the existing customised template.
