Searching for Supplied Payees

Description
To access Supplied payee records, go to Payroll > Payee to display the Payee Search screen.
The following fields are available in the Payee Search parameter listing to help you identify supplied payees.
Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
Tax Type | A supplier is considered as a contractor and so an Umbrella or 3rd Tier agency payee will appear in the results grid if the Tax Type of Contractor is selected. |
Payee Type | You can search for payees who have a particular payee type of Umbrella or 3rd Tier Agency. |
Tax Details > Company Name | You can search for payees belonging to a particular supplier by entering the supplier name into the Company Name search field. |
Within the Results grid, you can add the Supplier Type and/or the Supplier name to display. Follow the steps below to add the fields:
Step | Description |

1 | Click on Action > Show Manage Layout. |
2 | The system will display a dropdown list of the available fields that can be added/removed from the results grid. Click in the field to expand the list. |
3 | At the bottom of the list the option of Supplier Name will be displayed. Click on the checkbox next to the option. The column will be added.  Â |
4 | If you wish to continue to view the supplier name in the results grid, click the Save icon. |
