How to Add an Attachment to an Agreement Header

It is possible to attach electronic files to the header of an agreement. For example, an electronic copy of a pay agreement or bill agreement can be attached to the pay agreement or bill agreement header as a record of the agreement or to be used as a guide when configuring the agreement in Rates and Rules.
