Invoice Log Error Icon Time Limit

Description

As part of the eInvoicing feature that was introduced in FastTrack360 v12.20 for Australia and New Zealand, functionality was added so that an error icon is displayed next to the Invoice Log menu option in the left-hand application menu, as shown in Figure 1 below, if an eInvoicing delivery failure occurred when delivering eInvoices.

Previously, if an eInvoicing delivery failure occurred, the error icon continued to be displayed so long as the document that failed to be delivered had not be re-delivered successfully. As of this release, the error icon will remain displayed for a maximum of 24 hours from the time of attempted delivery, unless the document is re-delivered successfully prior to the 24-hour time limit elapsing.

Benefits

This enhancement prevents eInvoicing delivery errors from being masked by previous errors that have gone unresolved for longer than 24 hours.
