Changing Interpreted Timesheet Status to Different Status with Same Status Type
Description
In the Interpreter Review module it is now possible to change the status of an interpreted timesheet to another status that has a different status name but the same status type.
For example, if you have configured interpreted timesheet statuses called Not Reviewed - Default and Not Reviewed - Hold and the status type of both of these statuses is Not Reviewed, the status of an interpreted timesheet, which is yet to be flagged as reviewed or pay or bill, can be switched between those two statuses because the underlying status type is the same.
Benefits
This enhancement caters for greater flexibility for interpreted timesheet workflows and allows interpreted timesheets with the same status type to be categorised depending on the level of intervention that is required. For example, a separate statuses with a status type of Not Reviewed can be created for interpreted timesheets that have been processed by the Interpreter but cannot be released for pay and/or billing as they are yet to be reviewed versus those timesheets that have been reviewed and have been found to have anomalies and must therefore be held back from pay or billing until the anomaly has been investigated and, if necessary, corrected.
Configuration
No configuration required.
