Lookup

A 'Lookup' action is available within search functions and records to find and apply an entity or a person. Lookup actions are available for the following items:

  • Agency User

  • Office

  • Parent Company

  • Client

  • Cost Centre

  • Client Contact

  • Candidate.

Where available the lookup icon is displayed next to the relevant field.

To use the lookup function:

Select the Lookup icon next to the field.
The lookup screen is displayed.

Enter the name or part name of the item in the Enter Search Content field and select Search.

A list of results is displayed.

Select the item from the list to apply to the field.

The selected name is inserted into the field.
