Editing Existing Bill Agreements
Attributes of an existing bill agreement can be modified depending on whether the agreement has been assigned to a job order or job order template and the applicable validity dates of the agreement and its components.
The table below lists the components of an agreement and the rules that apply to modifying each component.

Agreement Header | If the Last Timesheet End Date field in the agreement header is blank, the following conditions apply:
Bill rate rules on an agreement must either be assigned to the same hierarchy level and hierarchy value as the agreement header or a lower hierarchy value than the agreement header. Therefore, if you need to change the hierarchy level or hierarchy value in the agreement header, you may also need to change the hierarchy level and value to which bill rate rules have been assigned or, if the bill rate rules are no longer valid/required, delete the relevant bill rate rules if there is going to be clash with the new hierarchy level and hierarchy value at the agreement header level. If the date in the Last Timesheet End Date field in the agreement header is equal to or later than the date in the Start Date field of the agreement header, the following conditions apply:
Note that conditional variables cannot be added to or deleted from an agreement header once the pay agreement is assigned to a job order or job order template. Attachments can be added to and removed from the agreement header at any time. |
Bill Rate Rules | If the Last Timesheet End Date field in the agreement header is blank, the following conditions apply:
If the date in the Last Timesheet End Date field in the agreement header is equal to or later than the date in the Start Date field of the rule, the following conditions apply:
If the date in the Last Timesheet End Date field in the agreement header is earlier than the date in the Start Date field of the rule, the following conditions apply:
