If you require assistance or experience problems while using FastTrack applications, there are a number of things you can do:

  • Refer to the online help on this web portal.

  • Review your organisation’s internal documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and / or Induction Guides.

  • Consult your internal FastTrack Administrator or System Administrator.

  • Ask a senior member of staff, a colleague or someone who has attended a FastTrack training course.

  • Review FastTrack training materials provided during training courses.

  • Consult an internal log of known or repeated Issues, or a list of Frequently Asked Questions.

If your query or issue cannot be resolved by consulting the above resources and you require assistance from FastTrack, your internal FastTrack Administrator will contact our support team on your behalf. 

To help your internal FastTrack Administrator, and our support team, gather as much information about your issue as possible. It’s important that you are as specific as possible in explaining the issue. It will also be beneficial that you explain the steps you followed when you experienced the issue. Our support consultants will analyse specific diagnostic information, such as error messages, screen shots, and logs to help resolve your problem.
