Required when a user has attempted to login and exceed the number of attempts allowed. In this instance, the Administrator will need to unlock the account.



Product: define which product this article applies to (V9, V10 and V11)

Module: include a reference to the module to which the article links.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log into FastTrack360
  2. Navigate to Maintenance > User
  3. Search for relevant User > open User record
  4. Click Edit
  5. Untick the Login Blocked tickbox
