An existing timesheet status that is not required can be deleted if it has not been assigned to a Client record in the Recruitment Manager module and if it is yet be be applied to an interpreted timesheet.

You cannot delete a status that is currently flagged as the interpreted timesheet default for its respective country.

At least one status with a type of Not Reviewed and Reviewed - Pay and Bill must exist for each country. Therefore, you will be prevented from deleting a status if deleting the status would result in there being no remaining statuses with a type of Not Reviewed or Reviewed - Pay and Bill for the corresponding country.
