How to Delete an Existing Timesheet Status

An existing timesheet status that is not required can be deleted if it has not been assigned to a Client record in the Recruitment Manager module and if it is yet be be applied to an interpreted timesheet.

You cannot delete a status that is currently flagged as the interpreted timesheet default or the interpreted adjustment timesheet for its respective country.

At least one status with a type of Not Reviewed and Reviewed - Pay and Bill must exist for each country. You will be prevented from deleting a status if deleting the status would result in there being no remaining statuses with a type of Not Reviewed or Reviewed - Pay and Bill for the corresponding country.

To delete an existing timesheet status, follow the procedure below.

Navigate to Interpreter > Maintenance > Timesheet Status. and search for the existing timesheet status that you want to delete.

Existing timesheet statuses that match you search criteria are listed in the Results section of the screen.

In the Results section of the screen, click Delete next to the record that corresponds to the timesheet status that you want to delete.

A confirmation message is displayed.

On the confirmation message, click Delete if you want to proceed with deleting the timesheet status.

The existing timesheet status is deleted.
