Create Invoice Batch:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Invoice Batch.

  2. Search for a time group - a list of time groups should display in the results section of the screen.

  3. Click the View button next to a time group - a list of debtors who are linked to the time group should be displayed.

  4. Click the View button next to a debtor - a list of the timesheets linked to the debtor should be displayed.

  5. Filter the list of the debtors timesheets by type and stage - the list of timesheets should update according to the filtering options that you select.

  6. Close the list of timesheets, select one or more debtors who are linked to the time group and click Create Invoice Batch - you should be able to successfully create an invoice batch to invoice the selected debtors' timesheets.

Find & preview existing invoices:

  1. Navigate to the Billing > Manage Invoices/Credit Notes screen.

  2. In the search section of the screen, key/select some invoice search criteria and search for existing invoices/credit notes - existing invoices/credit notes that match your search criteria should be listed in the results section of the screen.

  3. Next to any of the invoices/credit notes listed in the results section, click the View button - the details of the invoice/credit note should be displayed in the Invoice/Credit View screen.

  4. Close the Manage Invoices/Credit Notes screen.

  5. In the result section of the Manage Invoices/Credit Notes screen tick an invoice/credit note and click Preview - a preview of the selected invoice/credit note should be displayed.

Create a manual invoice/credit note:

  1. Navigate to the Billing > Manage Invoices/Credit Notes screen.

  2. Click Add > Invoice or Add >Credit Note - The Invoice/Credit Note Entry screen should open.

  3. Search for and select the Debtor and Billing Company.

  4. Add one or more invoice/credit items to the invoice.

  5. Close the invoice/credit note - the manual invoice/credit note should be created successfully.

Credit an existing invoice:

  1. Navigate to the Billing > Manage Invoices/Credit Notes screen.

  2. Search for a closed, non-timesheet based invoice - invoices matching your search criteria should be listed in the results section of the screen.

  3. In results list next to the relevant invoice , click the Credit Invoice button - the Credit Note Entry screen should open and the debtor and billing company details should be pre-populated.

  4. Add one or more credit items to the credit note.

  5. Close the credit note - the credit note should be created successfully.

B005

Credit Rebill Process:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Manage Credit Rebill.

  2. Add a new Credit Rebill batch and take note of the batch number.

  3. Process the Credit Rebill batch part of the way but do not close the batch.

  4. Navigate away from the Credit Rebill batch.

  5. Using the Manage Credit Rebill screen, search for the batch you created - the batch should be listed in the results section of the screen.

  6. Click the View button next to where the batch is listed in the results section of the screen - the Credit Rebill screen should open and the batch should be at the same stage where you left off.

  7. Process the batch to the last stage and close the batch - a credit note and a rebill invoice should be successfully created for the original invoice you selected in the Credit Rebill batch.

Invoice delivery:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Manage Delivery and search for invoices/credit notes - invoices/credit notes matching your search criteria should be listed in the results section of the screen.

  2. In the results section of the screen, tick one or more invoices/credit notes and check that you can print and preview the selected documents.

  3. In the results section of the screen, tick one or more invoices/credit notes that has a delivery method of Email and check that you can email the documents to the debtor using the Email Debtor option.

  4. In the results section of the screen, tick one or more invoices/credit notes and check that you can email them via an ad-hoc email using the Email Ad-hoc option.

B007

Invoice log:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Manage Delivery and search for a invoice/credit note.

  2. Print or email the invoice/credit note.

  3. Navigate to Billing > Invoice Log and search for the invoice/credit note that you printed or emailed - an entry should be listed in the results section representing the instance of the invoice/credit note being printed or emailed as per step 2.

B008

Debtor:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Debtor and search for an existing debtor record - debtors matching your search criteria should be listed in the results section of the screen.

  2. In the results section of the screen, click the View button next to any debtor that is listed - the debtor’s details should be displayed in the Debtor Entry screen.

  3. In the Debtor Entry screen, change/update any of the debtor’s details and save the record - the changes you have made should be saved successfully.

B009

Reports:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Reports.

  2. On the Billing Reports screen, select a report, select some report filtering criteria and click Show Report - the selected report should be displayed in a separate web browser window.
