This topic is applicable to FastTrack360 v12.14 and greater.
Once a timesheet status has been created you can edit its attributes except for the following:
the country to which it is assigned
the status type.
You cannot untick the Active field on an existing status if that status is currently flagged as the interpreted timesheet default or the interpreted timesheet default for adjustment timesheets for its respective country. If you want to make a status inactive but the status is currently flagged as the default, you must first flag another status as the default status for the relevant country.
One status with a type of Not Reviewed and Reviewed - Pay and Bill must be flagged as active for each country. One status with a type of Not Reviewed must be flagged as the interpreted adjustment timesheet default for each country.
To edit an existing timesheet status, follow the procedure below.
How to Edit a Timesheet Status | ||
---|---|---|
Navigate to Interpreter > Maintenance > Timesheet Status. and search for the existing timesheet status that you want to edit. Existing timesheet statuses that match you search criteria are listed in the Results section of the screen. | ||
2. | In the Results section of the screen, click View next to the record that corresponds to the timesheet status that you want to edit. The Timesheet Status Entry screen is displayed, showing the details of the existing record. | |
3. | Update any attributes of the timesheet status as required. | |
4. | Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save. The change you have made to the existing timesheet status are saved. |
If you have flagged the status to be the default interpreted timesheet status for the corresponding country but there is already an existing status that is flagged as the default for that country, a confirmation message is displayed at step 4 to prompt you to confirm that you want to change the default.
Where that is the case, click Yes on the confirmation message to flag the status that you have edited as the default or click No if you want to retain the existing default. If you click No any other chnages you have made to the status you have edited will still be saved.
