Delete and Cancel

Delete

Delete records where this action is available.  The system may prevent an item from being deleted where information or settings are required.  For example, you are unable to delete a Client record where a timesheet belonging to the Client has been submitted.  In this case the system will display a warning to advise the reason.

Delete items from lists.  For example, select 'Delete' to delete a comment within the Comment section of a record.Example of a list Delete action in Back Office

Cancel

Where an action has been run such as Add or Edit, Cancel is available to abandon the selected action. Where changes have been made to the item and you navigate to another record without saving, you will be prompted to save or disregard (Don't Save) changes. The Cancel action also displays in the top right corner of a pop up as a X symbol.
