Description
In the version 12 Interpreter Review Search Screen, a 12 month date limit applies where the Week Ending Start / End date range criterion is used or not used to improve performance and prevent large volume searches on historical (reviewed) timesheets. Whilst we allow some additional criterion to bypass the 12 month limit, this has proved frustrating where a user would like to use this search criterion to provide information on timesheets interpreted for a particular Candidate / Payee.
In the v12.17 release we have changed this requirement to allow for bypass of the 12 month Week Ending date range where one or more of the following criterion is applied to search for reviewed timesheets:
Candidate No.
Payee Surname and Firstname
Purchase Order No
Where if you use one or more of the above criterion in your Reviewed Timesheet search, you will bypass the 12 month date range limitation where:
No dates are entered
Start Date only
End Date only
Start and End Date
The new criterion are in addition to the following criterion which will also allow the bypass of the 12 month date range limit:
Batch Id
Back Pay Batch Id
Batch Date Range
Payee No
Job Order No
Client Number
Payment Terms Date Range
Timesheet Id
at least one Office
If you do not include one of the above criterion, a warning will display to advise what criterion you can use to bypass the date range limit as shown below:
Note: In this release you will be able to configure more granular Interpreted Timesheet status (see Support for Custom Interpreted Timesheet Statuses (WIP & v12.15) for more details). The 12 month date range limitation only applies to Timesheets that are fully reviewed, so reviewed for both Pay and Bill. Where a timesheet is not reviewed or only partially reviewed, there is no date range limitation on search.
Benefits
This enhancement provides more scope to searching on interpreted timesheets that have been fully reviewed.
Configuration
No additional configuration is required.
