UI

Leave/Maintenance/Leave Types

The UI design has been changed in V12 for the Leave Type setup. This change is minor and for the sub elements of a leave set the UI now drills into a separate screen per element ( Accrual Rule, Transfer Rule, Reset Rule  Deduction Rule).

UI

Leave /Maintenance /Leave Types

A deduction rule can be configured to pay leave on whether the payee has sufficient balance or an insufficient balance.

The sufficient balance condition has been enhanced that when applied will only pay leave up to the amount accrued.

The insufficient balance condition has been enhanced that if the payee does not have enough leave, it will pay up the amount above the entitlement balance.  Therefore, for the insufficient condition, if the payee is to be paid where they have sufficient balance, the sufficient balance condition would need to be set up with the insufficient balance.

New Feature

Leave Maintenance/Rate Rules

Average Holiday Pay Rate Over 52 Weeks – New rate rule types for Average Rate can be added supporting Weeks before 1st Day of Leave, Prior Weekend and only applying the calculation to Worked Weeks.

New Feature

Leave/Leave Request

To allow differentiation between leave requests that are awaiting payment and those that have been included in a pay batch but could not be paid, the existing Not Processed state will only apply to leave requests that have been included in a pay batch but the entire leave request was unpaid.

A new leave request state called Pending has been added to identify leave requests that are yet to be included in a pay batch.  Users will be able to identify which state applies to a leave request by referring to the Payment Status column on the Leave > Leave Request List screen.

The existing State field, in the header of each individual leave request, has been renamed Payment State. This change will help differentiate the purpose of the field from the existing Status field, which is used to identify the approval status of a leave request.

A new field labelled Payment State has been added to the search header in the Leave Request List screen to allow users to search for leave requests based on whether they are awaiting payment, have been paid in full, have been partially paid or not paid at all.

This is only available for agency users.
