v12.10 Product Changes

The V12 release is the 3rd generation of the FastTrack360 platform. The purpose of this release is to finalise the move to a single global product strategy so we can build and maintain a single source and move to a feature-driven delivery model. This release will remove the need for Silverlight for the AU/NZ customer base with the move to HTML/Angular user experience.
