Agreement Name
Name of the pay agreement to be updated in the back pay batch. To search for a specific pay agreement by name, type the agreement name in this field.
Wildcard characters (%) can be used to perform a partial match on the agreement name. For example, an entry of Blue Collar% matches agreement names such as Blue Collar Agreement 1 and Blue Collar – Warehouse. An entry of %Blue Collar matches agreement names such as Agreement 1 – Blue Collar and Warehouse – Blue Collar. To search for pay agreements regardless of the agreement name, leave this field blank.
Hierarchy Level
Level of the agreement hierarchy at which the pay agreement(s) exists. To search for pay agreements that exist at a specific level of the agreement hierarchy, select the name of the hierarchy level in this field. To search for pay agreements regardless of the hierarchy level at which they exist, leave the default option of Any selected.
Hierarchy Value
Hierarchy value that applies to the pay agreement(s). To search for pay agreements to which a specific hierarchy value applies, click next to this field and use the Search Hierarchy dialog box to find and select the relevant value. For example, if you selected Client as the agreement hierarchy level, use the Search Hierarchy dialog box to find and select the name of the relevant client to which the agreement applies.
To search for pay agreements regardless of the hierarchy value that applies, leave this field blank.
To select a hierarchy value, you must select an option other than Any in the Hierarchy Level field. Otherwise, this field is disabled.
