Depending on your user security permissions, you may be able to preview invoices and credit notes. This allows you to see the invoice/credit note in the format in which it will be delivered to the debtor.
When you preview an invoice/credit note, a Portable Document File (PDF) copy of the invoice/credit note is generated and displayed in a separate window. From this window, you can do the following:
print a hardcopy of the invoice/credit note on a printer email a copy of the PDF file to an email recipient
save a copy of the file to a file location on your computer or network.

Preview copies of invoices/credit notes are designed to be referenced by agency staff only and are not designed to be distributed to debtors. Therefore, preview copies of invoices/credit notes are stamped with the watermark Preview Copy Only, as shown in the example above, to prevent the preview copies from being mistakenly distributed to debtors.
The previews are also stamped with the watermark Status: Open or Status: Closed. This informs you whether the invoice/credit note has been finalised or if it is still likely to change prior to final distribution to the debtor.
