Once you have reviewed and adjusted any incorrect timesheets that are listed in the Interpreter Review screen, you must change the status of those timesheets, and any other timesheets that did not require reviewing or adjusting, from Not Reviewed to Reviewed. This allows the timesheets to undergo pay and bill processing.
If further adjustments need to be made to a timesheet after its status has been changed to Reviewed, you can change the timesheet status back to Not Reviewed so long as the timesheet is yet to undergo pay or bill processing. Once a timesheet has undergone pay and bill processing, adjustments can only be made via the Pay and Billing modules.
You cannot change the status of an adjustment timesheet, back pay timesheet or an adjusted back pay timesheet to Reviewed while any previous version of that timesheet is in the Not Reviewed status. The original timesheet, and any prior adjustment, back pay or adjusted back pay timesheets associated with the original timesheet, must be reviewed and set to the Reviewed status before the status of the timesheet can be set to Reviewed.
You can change the status of timesheets via the following screens: Interpreter Review screen
Interpreted Timesheet Details screen.
In the Interpreter Review screen, you can change the status of any individual timesheet that is listed or you can change the status of all listed timesheets simultaneously.
In the Interpreted Timesheet Details screen, you can change the status of the timesheet that you currently have open.
