Authorised users can generate timesheet transaction reports based on the list of timesheets that are currently listed on the Portal > Interpreter Results > Interpreter Review screen. These reports can, for example, be sent to agency branch managers for sign off before interpreted timesheets are released for pay and bill processing.
This negates the need for each agency branch manager to have access to the Portal > Interpreter Results module in order to check and sign-off interpreted timesheets before the timesheets can undergo pay and bill processing.
Instead, a payroll manager at the agency's head office can generate timesheet transaction reports, which can be printed or exported to a file. The printed or exported reports can therefore be distributed to the relevant agency branch managers for sign-off before the payroll manager releases the timesheets for payroll and billing.
Two timesheet transaction reports are available: summary transaction report
detailed transaction report.
The summary transaction report includes the following information about each timesheet that is included on the report: job order number to which the timesheet belongs
payee number, candidate number and name of the payee to whom the timesheet belongs
timesheet start and end dates total pay quantity for the timesheet
total pay amount for the timesheet, including any reimbursements total bill quantity for the timesheet
total pay or bill oncost that will be incurred as a result of paying the timesheet (for more information, see note below) total bill amount that will be changed for the timesheet
gross profit percentage that the agency will earn on the timesheet.
The information is grouped by agency brand, region, office and client.
The detailed version of a timesheet transaction report breaks down the information further by timesheet items, showing date of each timesheet items and the pay and bill codes against which each item will be paid and billed.
Note:
The timesheet oncost shown in a timesheet transaction report is a pay oncost or a bill oncost depending on whether the pay oncost feature is enabled or not enabled in Portal > Portal Maintenance > Country Settings for the country to which the timesheet belongs respectively.
A summary or detailed transaction report can be saved in any of the following file formats: XML
PDF MHTML
Microsoft Excel Tiff
Microsoft Word.
The report data can also be exported to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file.
