Searching for Questionnaire Logs

Questionnaire logs are listed in the Questionnaire Logs screen within the Questionnaire Maintenance module. To open the Questionnaire Logs screen, click Questionnaire Logs near the top of the main Questionnaire Maintenance module screen.
By default, there are no questionnaire logs listed in the Questionnaire Logs screen until you perform a search for the questionnaire logs you want to view. You can search for the relevant questionnaire logs via the fields in the Filter section at the top of the Questionnaire Logs screen. The Filter section of the screen can be hidden and un-hidden by clicking . The Filter section is un-hidden by default.
