Each active userID in FastTrack equals 1 user licence. If a person leaves the agency it is best practice to make that person's userID 'inactive', enabling another userID to be created and made active.
Step-by-step guide
- Log into FastTrack360
- Navigate to Maintenance > User
- Search for relevant User > open User record
- Click Edit
- Untick the Active tickbox
- Message displays advising that user will be unable to access system once made inactive
- Click Ok
- Click Save Changes
Best practice is to make an ex-agency user 'inactive' instead of deleting them, this maintains the history of their work within the system
