Create Invoice Batch:

Navigate to

  • Search for a time group - a list of time groups should display in the results section of the screen.

  • Click the View button next to a time group - a list of debtors who are linked to the time group should be displayed.

  • Click the View button next to a debtor - a list of the timesheets linked to the debtor should be displayed.

  • Filter the list of the debtors timesheets by type and stage - the list of timesheets should update according to the filtering options that you select.

  • Close the list of timesheets, select one or more debtors who are linked to the time group and click Create Invoice Batch - you should be able to successfully create an invoice batch to invoice the selected debtors' timesheets.

    Credit an existing invoice:

    1. Navigate to the Billing > Manage Invoices/Credit Notes screen.

    2. Search for a closed, non-timesheet based invoice - invoices matching your search criteria should be listed in the results section of the screen.

    3. In results list next to the relevant invoice , click the Credit Invoice button - the Credit Note Entry screen should open and the debtor and billing company details should be pre-populated.

    4. Add one or more credit items to the credit note.

    5. Close the credit note - the credit note should be created successfully.

    Credit Rebill Process:

    1. Navigate to Billing > Manage Credit Rebill.

    2. Add a new Credit Rebill batch and take note of the batch number.

    3. Process the Credit Rebill batch part of the way but do not close the batch.

    4. Navigate away from the Credit Rebill batch.

    5. Using the Manage Credit Rebill screen, search for the batch you created - the batch should be listed in the results section of the screen.

    6. Click the View button next to where the batch is listed in the results section of the screen - the Credit Rebill screen should open and the batch should be at the same stage where you left off.

    7. Process the batch to the last stage and close the batch - a credit note and a rebill invoice should be successfully created for the original invoice you selected in the Credit Rebill batch.

    Invoice delivery:

  • Navigate to Billing > Manage Delivery and search for closed invoices/credit notes - invoices/credit notes matching your search criteria should be listed in the results section of the screen.

  • In the results list, tick one or more invoices/credit notes and check that you can print and preview the selected documents
