By default, the Job Post batch import process imports successfully submitted job applications at fifteen minute intervals. In the event that problems are experienced with the import process and it fails to run when scheduled, a batch import can be invoked manually from the Questionnaire Maintenance application. A manual import can also be invoked for the purposes of testing the import process.
As is the case when the import process runs automatically at scheduled intervals, invoking the process manually causes all job applications that were submitted successfully since the last running of the import process to be imported into the system and a questionnaire log is created for the import instance.
