When a new questionnaire page is created and linked to a category, the page is listed under the relevant category branch in the category hierarchy pane within the Page Maintenance screen. If one or more pages are already listed under the category to which the new page is added, the new page is added below any existing pages within the list of pages belonging to that category.
The sequence in which pages are listed under a category does not affect the sequence in which pages will display within a questionnaire as the page sequence can be arranged as required when creating the questionnaire workflow for a job order. The exception to this are registration pages linked to the Default category, which are always the first page displayed within a questionnaire. However, the sequence in which pages are listed under a category can be arranged as required for the purpose of organising the pages within a category in a logical manner.
To change the order of questionnaire pages are listed under a category, follow the procedure below.
How to Change the Order of Questionnaire Pages within a Category
